MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
Monday, November 13, 2006
The Old Lyme Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing on Monday, November 13, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of Memorial Town Hall. Members present were Ted Kiritsis (Chairman), Jane Marsh (Secretary), Jane Cable, John Johnson and Tom Risom. Also present was Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer.
1. Special Exception Application to erect a wall, 123 Boston Post Road, Michel Gosselin, applicant.
Chairman Kiritsis noted that the applicant is not present. Ms. Marsh read the legal ad as published in The Day November 2 and November 9, 2006.
A motion was made by John Johnson, Seconded by Jane Marsh and voted unanimously to open and continue the Public Hearing for the Special Exception Application to erect a wall, 123 Boston Post Road, Michel Gosselin, applicant.
The Public Hearing adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
